The GE Discovery ST 8 Slice PET/CT scanner has high resolution image quality, as well as 2D and 3D imaging capability.  This scanner features reduced dose requirements, improved lesion detectability, and faster scan times resulting in increased throughput.  The GE Discovery ST 8 is ideal for many clinical applications, specifically Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
